We ask for as little as possible, use it only to reply to you, and never pass it on. This page sets out exactly what that means.

Who we are

Nuneaton Seventh-day Adventist Church ("the church", "we") is the data controller for information collected through this website. We meet at Bedworth Heath Community Centre, 181 Smorrall Lane, Bedworth, Warwickshire, CV12 0JN.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There is no advertising network, analytics profiling or third-party tracking on this site.

  • Contact and connection form: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
  • Prayer request form: your name, email address, optional phone number, your request, and your answers about confidentiality and contact.
  • Local browser storage: if you are a member of the church team, your sign-in state; and the week you last viewed in the programme.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to pray for you where you have asked us to, and to welcome you to the church. That is all.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. Prayer requests marked confidential are seen only by the pastoral team.

Form processing

Messages submitted through this website are delivered to the church by Formspree, an email form service. Your submission passes through Formspree's systems in order to reach our inbox, subject to their own privacy terms.

Maps

When you open the map dialog on this site, an embedded Google Maps frame is loaded. Google may set cookies and record your IP address at that point, under Google's own privacy policy. The map only loads if you choose to open it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and prayer requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and provide pastoral care, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will act on your request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage only for the practical purposes listed above, which is cleared when you clear your browser data.
